Core Responsibility:
- Responsible for all activities related to attendance management, contract management, and visa
- Ensure all HR programs, policies, and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
- Support payroll and Industrial & Employee Relation activities
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance & Accounting Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least have 2 years of working experience in managing HR for foreign workers/expatriate (especially in work permit for foreign workers)
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
- Mature and trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Detail, well-organized, and able to manage multiple task
- Advance proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
