Act as key user and first-level support for Finance teams on system-related issues
Analyze and translate finance business requirements into functional specifications for system development and enhancement
Support and optimize ERP systems, especially finance-related modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing)
Participate in system implementation, upgrades, and integration projects related to finance processes
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial systems and reports
Collaborate with finance teams to improve financial reporting, consolidation, and data analytics capabilities
Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization within finance operations
Perform system testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution for finance-related systems
Develop and maintain documentation (SOPs, user guides, process flows) for finance systems
Provide training and support to end users on finance systems and tools
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and IT governance policies
Job Requirements:
Fluent in Chinese is a MUST (English proficiency is a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting finance systems or ERP
Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems is highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Familiar with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Experience in project management or system implementation is an advantage
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
