Provide daily administrative and operational support to management, local employees, and international employees.
Coordinate and manage company drivers, vehicle schedules, and transportation arrangements.
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to support General Affairs operational needs.
Support office facility management, maintenance, office supplies, and workplace administration.
Translate documents, emails, reports, and business correspondence between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and other logistics for business trips and company events.
Maintain General Affairs records, contracts, and related administrative documents.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, employee activities, and external visits.
Perform other administrative and General Affairs support duties assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3-5 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or related support functions.
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) is a MUST; English proficiency is an advantage.
Experience working with Chinese International Employee.
Possess a valid SIM A is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be contacted by phone and provide support outside working hours, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
