Handle end-to-end recruitment process and ensure all vacant positions are filled on time according to the Manpower Planning (MPP).
Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring alignment with current and future talent needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Analyze recruitment data and propose strategies to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
Develop and update organizational structures in alignment with business changes and growth.
Draft, review, and maintain job descriptions to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.
Conduct job mapping and evaluate overlaps or gaps within the organization.
Ensure accurate and updated documentation for organizational charts and job descriptions.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs such as internal events, festive celebrations, team building, and other employee activities.
Prepare regular reports related to recruitment and organizational development activities.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Organization Development.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and organizational development concepts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Has a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS or recruitment tools is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English is required; the ability to communicate in Chinese (particularly in writing) is a plus.
Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
