Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance for business decision-making
Support financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and identification of key business drivers
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes by providing reliable historical data and insights
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure alignment between financial statements and management reports
Support financial data consolidation across entities, including reconciliation and data validation
Contribute to development and enhancement of reporting dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
Support IPO readiness, including preparation of financial data, disclosures, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory reporting requirements
Assist in audit processes by preparing required schedules and supporting documentation
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems, and data accuracy
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or related roles
Strong experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and management reporting
Exposure to budgeting and forecasting processes is preferred
Experience in IPO preparation, IPO reporting, or working in a listed company is highly preferred
Good understanding of IFRS/PSAK and financial statement structures
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)
Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
