Execute strategic plans and initiatives related to key accounts to achieve sales and growth targets.
Lead negotiations on agreements and trading terms with each account to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Develop and manage budgets for key account initiatives to support the achievement of overall objectives.
Analyze sales performance and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
Identify and resolve issues within key account management systems to ensure smooth operations.
Perform additional tasks or special projects assigned by the supervisor to support departmental goals.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in any major
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG or relevant industry.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large or strategic accounts.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficient in sales analysis, budgeting, and promotional planning.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Willing to travel as needed to meet with key clients or support field activities.
