Define project scope, schedule, and budget; track progress and control risks.
Manage multiple projects (ERP, DMS, WMS, Asset systems, etc.).
Coordinate vendors; monitor contract execution and quality of deliverables.
Lead requirements gathering, validation, and change control.
Drive UAT, acceptance, and go-live planning.
Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and local regulations.
Support user training and change management.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree or above; major in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration preferred.
5+ years in IT project management; 3+ years in ERP or enterprise systems.
Experience in FMCG, supply chain, or manufacturing is a plus.
Experience in outsourcing and vendor management.
Knowledge of ERP modules and integration flows.
Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Strong budget and schedule control skills.
Proficient in MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
Fluent in English (proficient in Chinese is a plus).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Result-oriented, able to work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
Open to placement in Pantai Indah Kapuk and available for business travel.
