- Lead and manage the recruitment function, ensuring timely and high-quality fulfillment of manpower requirements across departments and regions according to Manpower Planning.
- Develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies and talent acquisition initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee cross-border talent deployment processes, including workforce mobility, relocation, and compliance with local & international labor regulations.
- Build and maintain a strategic candidate pipeline and partnerships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
- Analyze and prepare comprehensive recruitment reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring capability development, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to streamline recruitment governance and ensure consistent implementation of global hiring standards.
- Drive employer branding and talent engagement initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital talent marketing.
Job Requirement
- Fluent in English & Chinese (both written and spoken) is a MUST.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including high-level talent recruitment
- Hands-on experience in global talent acquisition, including sourcing international candidates and coordinating with overseas HR teams.
- Proven experience in cross-border or regional talent management and international workforce deployment.
- Familiarity with recruitment channels and employer branding initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
