Jakarta, October 4, 2024 – Aice Group strengthens its position as a leading ice cream producer in Indonesia by winning the prestigious Superbrands award for five consecutive years. This achievement reflects Aice’s consistency in delivering high-quality and innovative products that align with the tastes of Indonesian consumers.

Through a rigorous selection process of the strongest brands in the market, Aice earned this recognition. Only select brands receive an invitation to join Superbrands. As a distinction awarded to the most outstanding brands in their industries, Aice believes this status will reinforce its position as a leader in the ice cream sector.

According to the latest Nielsen survey, Aice continues to lead the Indonesian ice cream market with consistent growth and high consumer loyalty, solidifying its place at the top of the industry.

Moreover, Aice has gained prestige and trust from both consumers and business partners, thanks to its excellence in quality. This recognition underscores Aice’s commitment to becoming the top choice in the hearts of its customers.

Sylvana Zhong, Senior Brand Manager of Aice Group, expressed her company’s optimism. "We are proud to receive the Superbrands award this year. It is a recognition of our commitment to delivering the best ice cream products to consumers throughout Indonesia. This award motivates us to continue innovating and enhancing our product quality," she said.

Superbrands, a globally recognized and trusted organization operating in 90 countries, awarded Aice Group during the Superbrands Indonesia’s Choice 2024 Gala Award held at the Ritz Carlton, Pacific Place, South Jakarta (September 27).

The award was based on a survey conducted by Nielsen in six major cities, including Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, Medan, and Makassar. It evaluated brands across five criteria: market dominance, longevity, goodwill, customer loyalty, and overall market acceptance. Aice excelled in all aspects, demonstrating market leadership through continuous innovation and superior quality.

Since starting operations in 2015, Aice has built an extensive distribution network, now reaching more than 350,000 resellers across the nation. This large network enables Aice’s products to reach even remote areas while maintaining affordable prices.

Grandtyana Mayasari, CEO of Superbrands Indonesia, added, "Aice has shown remarkable consistency across all our evaluation criteria. This award reflects Aice’s success in maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction, creating a significant positive impact on the Indonesian ice cream market."

Aice’s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) has also been recognized with the Top CSR Award every year from 2021 to 2024. One of its key initiatives was distributing 67 million medical masks during the COVID-19 pandemic, earning recognition from the Museum Rekor Dunia Indonesia (MURI).

In line with its commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles, Aice actively participates in national and international sports programs. In 2024, Aice became a Worldwide Olympic Partner and the Official Ice Cream of Team Indonesia for the Paris 2024 Olympics, emphasizing its support for Indonesia’s athletic achievements on the global stage.

With over 100 ice cream variants catering to diverse tastes, Aice continues to introduce unique flavors like Aice Mochi Banana, Aice Mochi Peach, Aice Histeria Peach, and Aice Crispy Balls.

The Superbrands recognition further strengthens Aice’s position as an industry leader, highlighting its dedication to bringing joy and quality to every ice cream buyer.

With this achievement, Aice Group expresses optimism about expanding Indonesia’s ice cream industry. "We are committed to continuing to offer innovative, healthy, and delicious ice cream to all Indonesians, and we aim to broaden our reach so everyone can enjoy A+ quality ice cream from Aice," said Sylvana.

In addition to its strong presence in Indonesia, Aice plans to increase supply to the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Timor-Leste. Over the next few years, Aice Group will further expand its production capacity while exploring opportunities in other global markets. All these efforts position Aice Group as a proud Indonesian brand introducing local culture, products, and industries to the world.
